Making a month here practical
At $999 a month, members get a private furnished apartment in Duna Tower, coworking, and access to a pool, gym and sauna. The minimum stay is one month.
Meals, cleaning and car washing are available through EverySub as optional paid extras. The aim is to make arriving simple without giving up privacy or interrupting your work: your own apartment and shared spaces where you meet like-minded people.
Besides that, Builders’ Node often organize educational activities, community trips, events and more.
The educational formats include:
Workshops (once a week). The best way to pick up a new hard skill. Topics change: economics, planning, AI agents, coding and more. Founder sessions (twice a month). Small, informal sessions with experienced CEOs. Ask them anything: scaling, sales, raising money. Member lectures (on demand). Everyone here knows something the others don’t.

This is especially interesting for people whose work can travel with them. Choosing a base is about more than weather: it is also about the people around you, the cost of doing business and what you can build. Próspera’s tax rates are 5% on personal gross income and 1% on company gross income.
